fresh Chief Executive: Alan Pannett

Alan has specialised in the professional development of lawyers for over 22 years, designing, delivering or managing learning and development services. His expertise is business and client development, working with Top 100 partners, senior management and lawyers on the development of the skills needed to lead and manage successful law firms.

Alan was Director of Training at Ashurst and has been a Director of Hildebrandt, a US management consultancy. He was appointed as the first Professor of Professional Development at the College of Law in 1997. Before joining the College of Law, he was a Director of BPP Professional Development Ltd.

Alan is a founding Director of fresh. He was voted Legal Education and Training Group (LETG) Trainer of the Year 2005 and 2006. fresh was voted LETG Training Organisation of the Year 2003, 2005 and 2006.
