The objective of this course is to give participants the tools, techniques and confidence to delegate work to individuals and teams in a manner which ensures that the best possible job is delivered with minimum risk and excellent teamwork, communication and client care.

  • Participants will gain knowledge in how to handle problems which can arise during the delegation process and how to give constructive feedback to teams and individuals
