Trainees still require training in the competencies previously covered in the LPC, PSC Core and Electives, as well as other commercial and soft skills needed to become confident and competent solicitors. Fresh can help bridge the gap between your LPC and SQE trainees, identify competencies that are not covered in the SQE and ensure your firm continues to develop the solicitors they need.

The Fresh SQE courses are divided into two programmes. The SQE Core+ Programme provides the knowledge and practical application needed to equal the PSC pathway. The SQE Electives Programme provides the professional skills training needed to deliver the day 1 standard competency our client firms require.

Our courses have been compiled following discussions with firms, supervisors and NQ solicitors and after looking at our most popular PSC courses. We have structured our training to offer maximum flexibility. The two programmes contain specific courses which can be taken separately. Some courses are subdivided into modules, which should be taken in order.
